Hi, thank you for being here. I’m grateful to share this November edition of The Journal with you, and I hope it brings inspiration, clarity, and a little joy to your month. May this season let you spend quality time with loved ones, create warm memories, and embrace the quiet magic that winter brings. December is going to be so special.

You don’t need to be fully healed to fully live. You don’t need to heal fully to love deeply. You don’t need to wait to be healed to do the things you’ve dreamed of. Don’t spend so much time waiting—waiting to feel ready, waiting to feel whole, waiting for the perfect moment when everything inside you feels settled and complete. Don’t wait to live when you can be living now, here in this moment. Sometimes the very thing that heals you is the thing you’re afraid to step into. You grow by moving, not by putting your life on hold. You learn through new experiences, not by holding onto the ones that have already passed. You love when you are present in every moment you are in. Sometimes living is the most healing thing you can do.

The energy you embody is the energy you attract. You need to become what you hope to receive. If you want presence, you must practice presence. If you want loyalty, you must act with loyalty. If you want deep love, you must offer love in your words, your actions, and your attention. Expectations and standards are easy to set but harder to live by. You cannot expect from others what you yourself aren’t being and doing. It’s not about demanding perfection from yourself—it’s about aligning your actions with your desires. When who you are matches what you want, you stop chasing and start magnetizing. What you put out comes back. You need to embody what you want to attract.

There are some things we cannot have enough of in this world. Kindness, compassion, and love are some of them. Compassion, gentleness and understanding are quiet forces that have impact far beyond the moment they’re given. You never know what someone else is going through or what effect you might have. You may think your presence doesn’t make a difference, that your softness isn’t seen, that your efforts are too small to matter, but they always matter. Every interaction matters. Every word, every hug, every moment of connection leaves an impact. It costs you nothing, but it can change everything for someone else. Always be kind. If the world needs anything, it’s more people who choose to love.

invite joy. I will make space for lots of happy moments with people I love. I will slow down, soften and let creativity flow wherever it does. I will be present in each moment, taking it one moment at a time, and finding joy in it. I will live with my heart, letting every experience be what it is.
2
make time to reconnect with myself. Pause, reflect, and notice how far I’ve come, while seeing where I want to change and evolve. I will reflect on my goals and visions, setting intentions that align with the life I want to live.

What I am beyond grateful for is the quality time with family in nature. I loved every moment so much, especially the slow mornings, the warmth and sunshine, deep talks at sunset, snorkelling, walks along the beach, being offline and late-night dinners. Being fully present allowed me to soak in the beauty and love around me. I experienced a sense of joy and peace, which I haven’t in so long, and my heart is still full. Thank you, universe.
