Hi, and welcome. I’m so happy to share this The Journal edition with you. In December, I made space to pause, reflect and be grateful. This month was for reconnecting with myself, spending time with my family, and slowing down. I hope my thoughts, learnings, and reflections speak to your heart, and I look forward to 2026 with you. Wishing you a happy new year, full of health, happiness, and love.

The real luxuries in life are health and love. Without them everything else is worth nothing. These are what we can be grateful for. A healthy body that holds you, a heart that appreciates the little moments, and people that love you—these are what really matter. These are worth noticing. These are what make life meaningful. Success will never make you feel the way you do when you are surrounded by your loved ones. No accomplishment will ever give you the warmth of being seen and cared for by those who matter. No accumulation of things will bring you the joy moving your body does. Nothing matters when these are not given. Be grateful for the little (not so little) luxuries in life.

Things are never quite as they seem. People share the highlights—the successes, the love, the moments of joy, and the achievements—but they seldomly show the effort, the struggles, the late nights, and the fears that live behind them. What appears effortless on the surface is often the product of unseen persistence and resilience. What looks simple, happy, or perfect is layered with complexity and challenge. What you see is only a part of the whole truth. What you perceive is not everything there is. There is more you cannot see than you can. Before you compare, pause. Breathe. Hold space for yourself and others. Stay gentle. Stay kind.

It is worth it. It always is. Doing what you love and pouring your heart into what matters to you is always worth it. It matters. Pursuing what makes your heart come alive matters. Good things take time. Everything worth having takes time, patience and resilience. There is power in refusing to give up. There is power in choosing to keep going and working hard for the things you love. When you listen to your heart, you find your calling. What you are passionate about may lead you to your higher purpose. When you pursue what fulfills you, you are led to where you belong. It will lead you to exactly where you are meant to be. It will let you become who you are meant to be.

listen more closely to my heart. I will give myself permission to live from a place of intuition and knowing, letting myself be guided from within. I will listen to what feels right and practice living from the heart, to create space for clarity, joy, and alignment. I will move with trust.
2
remind myself that I am enough. I will be gentle with myself and be present wherever I am. I will remember that being myself is enough and that from a place of presence I can do anything.

This December was both blissful and challenging. Celebrating Christmas with my family and spending time together in the mountains warmed my heart and grounded me. Working on my new book has been such a beautiful and healing process, and I am so grateful for every message that found its way to me—it means more than you could ever know. I feel so blessed for all the love I am receiving, and I can’t wait for everything that 2026 will bring.
