The July Edition 2026

Hi, it means so much that you’re here. I don’t know about you, but July was an incredibly intense month. Every challenge seemed to be followed by another, and everything I’d learned had to be put into practice. Some moments, I questioned whether I was (doing) enough, some I wasn’t sure I was moving in the right direction, and others I felt stuck, uncertain, or ready to give up. As I’ve taken a little time to reflect, however, I can find so much value in my experiences. I hope the reflections and insights I share in this edition are meaningful to you, and I hope you enjoy reading. Wishing you a beautiful August!

Three Learnings

1

The hard things don’t become easier when you avoid them, but the easy things become harder when you choose comfort. It is through challenge, failure, and perseverance that you learn, develop, and grow. Every struggle reconnects you with your strength. Every time you keep going, you build discipline. Everything you make it through shows you what you are capable of. All the difficulty you experience today won’t be as difficult tomorrow. With every step you are on your way until you find yourself standing on the other side of the mountain, and you will realize how much you have overcome. It will be the evidence you need to trust and believe in yourself. It will change the way you think about what is possible, how you see your limitations, and dream. All you overcome expands your sense of what is possible.

2

Not everyone has good intentions. Not everyone has a heart like yours, but do not let it change what you hold within you. Some people are interested in you because they want something from you. There are people who appreciate what you can do for them, and there are those who value you for who you are, and you must learn the difference. You have to discern between the ones to open your heart to and those to protect it from. You need to know how to be kind without being naive and how to love without giving your whole heart to the wrong people. Everyone will take what you are willing to offer, but not everyone deserves your time, your energy or your trust. I hope you never stop loving, because it is part of who you are. Just remember that not everyone will love the way you love. Not everyone will treat you the way you treat them.

3

There is always more than one reason to stay. One more day. One more day to become the person you desire to become. One more day to learn something new. One more day to grow, heal, forgive, and begin again. One more day to change your life. A day to make different decisions and surprise yourself. One more day to love, hug someone you care for, and make someone smile. Another day to feel happy, and be grateful for all the beautiful things this life holds. One more day to live. One more day to find your way. One more day for everything that hasn’t happened yet. Another day to hold on, knowing that you have no idea how close you might be to everything you’ve been dreaming of. Believe in the light you cannot see, in hope you do not hold, and in the goodness that you have not yet experienced. What is for you will find you when the time is right. It is already on its way.

Two Intentions

In the coming month I will...

1

become the person I see myself as. I will make sure that my actions reflect my values, my intentions, and what I have learned. I will have the courage to be myself and live in alignment with who I aspire to be. It is the only way to become that person.

2

allow for more joy and bliss. I will take things more lightly, remember that many things are less important than they seem and let go more frequently. Through slowing down and reflection, I will make time for gratitude and appreciate the life I am living.

One Highlight

1

While there weren’t many highlights in July, I achieved several goals that I’m so grateful for. I had my final exam for my Bachelor’s degree in Business and was offered a place to continue my studies at my university. My book was also released on the 1st of July, and through the pages I’ve shared, so many of you have found my words and become part of this community. Reading your messages and hearing how these words have impacted your lives means so much to me. Thank you! As I look to the coming month, I’m hoping August will be a little gentler with more space to breathe and be.
