The March Edition 2026

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here, reading these words. March challenged and changed me. It was a month of deep inner work and healing, reflected in the changes that came from letting go of what felt misaligned and making more space to step into new ways of being. Experiencing this alongside the changing seasons allowed me to hold trust and have courage when I needed it most. I hope the reflections and insights I share in this edition speak to you, offering something you can carry with you as you move forward.

Three Learnings

1

The power to heal is already within you, but sometimes you have to make changes that allow you to access it. Healing takes place when you make space for it. When you make space for yourself to slow down, embrace stillness, and reconnect with your heart. You need to ensure your circumstances and environment allow for healing to happen. You need to distance yourself from surroundings that place more pressure on you. You need to break patterns and cycles that are keeping you stuck. You need to let go of people who don’t want you to change and be with those that inspire you to grow. You need to make changes and take chances that let you heal, step into and expand your potential. In these spaces, you can trust in your ability to heal.

2

It’s okay. It’s okay to have hard days. It’s okay not to be okay sometimes, to cry when you need to, or to sit with grief. It’s okay to change your mind, the direction you are moving in, and not to have everything figured out. Whatever you are thinking, feeling, or experiencing is okay when you let it be what it is. It’s okay when you realize it doesn’t need to be any different. Any moment doesn’t have to be anything other than it is, people don’t need to be who you want them to be and your life doesn’t have to be what you believed it should. There is peace in accepting everything as it is. There is ease and grace in letting things be what they are, because that’s what they are meant to be. You may not always understand, and that’s okay—you don’t need to. What matters is acceptance, because it is what allows you to embrace each moment.

3

Be who you are, because no one else can be you. If you are someone who loves deeply, then let yourself love with your whole heart because this is what makes you you. If you care about others, care as much as you do. Whether you are sensitive or bold, quiet or loud, introverted or outgoing, be yourself. Don’t be afraid of taking up space, of being too much or not being enough. Changing who you are distances you from yourself, and from the people, opportunities, and experiences that you actually need and want. When you show up as yourself, things fall into place and what is for you finds you because it aligns with your energy. Being yourself is not just enough, but it is the only way to the connection, alignment and the life you desire.

Two Intentions

In the coming month I will...

1

focus on balance. Rather than always prioritizing the same things, I will be intentional about what I value in each moment. I will take time to notice what needs my attention, what needs more space, and what aligns with me, and allow my priorities to shift accordingly.

2

spend less time overthinking and more time listening to my heart for guidance. I will be more aware when thoughts spiral into doubt, worries, or limiting beliefs, and redirect them or let them go. Instead of letting fear or “what ifs” make my decisions, I will make more space for my intuition to lead, deepening my trust in everything I already have within me.

One Highlight

1

In March, I am grateful for all the love I have received. I feel especially grateful for my family. I will never take for granted the people I hold close, and I hope they know how deeply they are loved. I am also deeply thankful to each of you who has read my words, liked, commented, sent a message, or supported me in any way. I see every single one, and each reminds me why I keep sharing. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
